How do the weekly kits work?+
Every rank gets ONE kit per 7 days. Use /kit <rankname> in-game to claim. The cooldown auto-resets after 7 days β log in and reclaim. Higher ranks get richer kits and extra crate keys.
How many /sethome slots do I get?+
VIP+ 3, PRIME 4, SUPREME 5, TEMPEST 6, VORTEXIA PRIME 8. 8 is the hard cap β keeps the world clean and your bases legendary.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Everything is processed inside our Discord ticket so it's instant and secure. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards via Stripe, UPI apps (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), online transfer apps, and direct wire / bank transfer. If your payment app is not listed, ask staff in the ticket and they will confirm if it is available.
Are ranks permanent or per season?+
Ranks are SEASONAL. Each rank is active for the entire current season of the Vortexia Network β when the next season launches, the map resets and ranks need to be re-purchased. This keeps every season fair, fresh, and competitive. Loyal returning players get priority slots and seasonal loyalty perks.
Can I upgrade later?+
Absolutely. You only pay the price difference between your current rank and the upgrade β handled by staff in your ticket.
Refund policy?+
All sales are final once the rank is delivered. If something goes wrong on our end, staff will make it right inside your ticket.
